Job Summary:

Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute

  test plans, test cases, and test scripts

  based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform

  manual testing

  of web, mobile, and desktop applications.
• Design, develop, and maintain

  automated test scripts

  using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG.
• Identify, document, and track

  software defects and issues

  using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure requirements are testable and accurately implemented.
  
• Conduct

  regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

  as needed.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and follow up on bug resolution.
  
• Ensure

  adherence to QA best practices, standards, and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  performance testing tools

  such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Knowledge of

  CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Exposure to

  mobile app testing (Android/iOS)

  and cross-browser testing.
• ISTQB or equivalent

  certification in software testing
