Job Title: Senior Test Engineer Finacle v10/v11 (Retail Loan Origination & Payments)

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Loan Origination (Finacle OE Kuwait & UAE):

• Validate the

  Admin Module

  configuration including system parameters and setup.
• Test

  Master Data

  : products, fees, documents, cities, states, countries, and currencies.
• Perform

  User and Group Management

  testing for access controls and permissions.
• Conduct

  end-to-end testing

  of application flows for:
• Instalment loans
• Consumer loans
• Secured loans against collateral
• Credit cards

• Validate

  Inquiries

  for customer/application data.
• Test

  BPM

  workflows for application routing and task approvals.
• Verify

  BRMS

  rules for credit decisions, eligibility, and validations.
• Validate

  Audit Trail

  for all critical user/system actions.
• Test existing

  reports

  for accuracy, layout, and data integrity.

Payments Solution (Finacle OE Kuwait & UAE):

• KNPS

  : Test Kuwait National Payment System for secure domestic fund transfers, bulk salary payments, and regulatory compliance.

• FTS

  : Validate UAEs Funds transfer System for local interbank payments and settlement.

• SWIFT

  : Test international fund transfers via SWIFT for both Kuwait and UAE.

• WSI

  : Validate Wage Settlement Interface for UAE-specific salary/wage payment processing.
• Test

  Reports and Dashboards

  for both countries to ensure accuracy in transaction monitoring, summaries, and alerts.

Testing Responsibilities:

• Test case preparation, executing and managing the test cases
• Perform

  functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing

  .
• Validate

  end-to-end workflows

  , business rules, and exception handling.
• Log and manage defects using tools like

  JIRA

  ,

  HP ALM

  , or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and compliance.

Required Skills:

• 36 years of experience in

  Finacle OE testing

  (Loan Origination and Payments).
• Strong understanding of

  retail lending workflows

  , credit card origination, and

  payment systems

  (KNPS, FTS, SWIFT, WSI).
• Hands-on experience with

  BPM/BRMS

  testing.
• Good knowledge of

  SQL

  for data validation.
• Proficiency in test documentation, execution, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification preferred.chnology.
• ISTQB or equivalentQA/testing certification preferred.
