Overall Responsibilities:
Oversee financial operations and analysis for the companyEnsure accuracy of financial statements and reportsDevelop and implement financial strategies and policiesProvide financial guidance and support to the management teamManage the budgeting and forecasting process
Skills:
Strong financial analysis and reporting skillsIn-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial regulationsAbility to analyze financial data and make informed decisionsExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of financial software and tools
Experience:
Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in finance and accountingProven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of finance professionalsExperience in developing and implementing financial strategies and policiesBackground in budgeting and forecasting
Day-to-Day Activities:
Review and analyze financial statements and reportsDevelop financial strategies and policiesManage the budgeting and forecasting processProvide financial guidance and support to the management teamMonitor compliance with financial regulations and lawsIdentify areas for financial improvement and make recommendations
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fieldMaster's degree in finance, accounting or related field preferredProfessional accounting or finance certification (CPA, CFA, etc.)
