Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer who will not only provide exceptional support to our customers but also assist in manual testing of our products to ensure quality and smooth customer experience.

What will you do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product usage, billing, and technical problems.
• Document customer interactions and track recurring issues to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to communicate customer feedback and bug reports.
• Execute manual test cases to validate new features and bug fixes before product releases.
• Identify, document, and report software defects clearly and accurately.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and checklists.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by following up and escalating issues as needed.

What skills required

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Basic financial systems knowledge like Factoring, Lending, Banking etc
• Basic knowledge of manual testing processes of financial products, including test case execution, defect reporting, and test documentation.
• Familiarity with issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance principles.
• Comfortable working for US Shifts. And providing L1 support.
