Design, develop, and validate high-quality exam questions, assessments, and test materials aligned with specific subject matter standards, curriculum frameworks, or certification requirements.Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy, fairness, and relevance of questions, incorporating updated industry knowledge, academic standards, and testing methodologies.Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), educators, and academic teams to refine exam blueprints, define assessment objectives, and establish scoring rubrics.Ensure all test items meet psychometric principles, including reliability, validity, and difficulty balance, while maintaining clarity, neutrality, and accessibility for diverse test-taker groups.Edit and review content rigorously to eliminate ambiguity, bias, or duplication, and ensure compliance with institutional, regulatory, and quality standards.Utilize technology tools, item banks, and learning management systems (LMS) to create, organize, and update assessments.Pilot-test questions, analyze statistical data on performance, and continuously revise items to enhance test quality and fairness.Develop innovative assessment formats, such as case-based scenarios, simulations, and higher-order reasoning items, to accurately measure learner competencies.Maintain strict confidentiality of exam content and intellectual property, ensuring secure handling and storage of test materials.Stay updated with latest trends in educational assessment, psychometrics, and evaluation techniques to continuously improve exam design
