Content Writer

The Content/Copy Writer will be responsible for writing content and articles to be released to the media and other public channels. The person will be responsible for writing valuable content and PRstories to enhance brand awareness and visibility both internally and externally.

Basic Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of relevant content/writing experience in Public Relations/Communications/Journalism/ Media and/or related fields in the space of Education/ EdTech/Consumer/ Brand/ FMCG.
• Degree in public relations, communications, journalism, media, marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (Mass communication / Journalism ) with strong writing skill in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
• Industry – Education / PR Agency / Corporate communications / Journalism / Media will be preferred
• Understands our businesses and missions
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments
• Familiar with best-practice and contemporary trends
• Proficient in English and Telugu languages - reading, writing and speaking
• Excellent Written and Communications skills

Responsibilities And Expectations

• Develop content and materials for press notes, white papers, pr stories, editorials, blog, presentations, reports, thought leadership articles, and other related content
• Assist in implementing and organising PR activities and other related projects
• Ensuring deadline adherence and plan execution, mapping with the brand objectives
• Assist in coordinating media relations, outreach plan, event management
• Understands Integrated Marketing Communications, social media and related communications
• Demonstrates behaviour consistent with brand values, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
• Coordinate with multiple Schools, stakeholders and departments simultaneously
• Frequently travels to Campus locations in AP & TS for content generation and PR related activities
