Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead End-to-End (E2E) Testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom domain and testing experience leading team of Atleast 20 members having delivered minimum of 4+ engagements as test lead. The role requires expertise in test strategy, execution, automation, KPI reporting and ensuring seamless integration of IT and network components. Manage TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence) for specific projects for the customer Should have good to strong knowledge on BSS/OSS, networking protocols, and telecom architectures Should be able to lead E2E test execution across multiple systems, ensuring seamless integration between BSS, OSS, CRM, Billing, Provisioning, and Network components Create test strategy, test plans, process designs, documentation, KPI reports, test status for projects covering manual testing, automation testing, performance and network testing Oversee manage implementation of test automation strategy, automation framework development Manage Team of 20+ members across various types of the testing and through test cycle Performance monitoring, communication reporting to all stakeholders Drive optimization and continuous improvements Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high-quality deliverables for clients Attend sprint requirement and backlog discussions, design test scenarios and test cases Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities Customer communication and customer management Track team output and plan for improvements Establish testing methodologies for integration, system, regression, and UAT testing aligned with broadband service workflows Should be able to identify and mitigate risks associated with E2E testing, automation. Should be able to implement industry best practices, process improvements, and test optimization techniques Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience as Test Manager managing a team of 20+ people Excellent project management skills including planning, stakeholder management and managing risks issues 3+ years of manual automation testing experience in Telecom domain 3+ years of experience in leading test automation initiatives using tools like Selenium /UFT /Tosca /AccelQ etc. Experience in ALM tools like Jira / Microfocus / Test Rail etc. Experienced in Agile, DevOps, TDD, BDD methodologies and processes Capability to understand sprint driven agile delivery Be part of sprint backlog planning and requirement discussions Proven ability to develop test planning and strategies for large transformation projects Strong analytical, problem solving skills with good written and oral communication skills Should have understanding and be able to Define KPIs and success metrics for E2E testing, service performance, and quality assurance Should possess leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Proficient in English speaking, writing and communication Good to Have Having good knowledge in open-source tools frameworks Testing Certifications ISTQB (Foundation/Advanced Level) TM Forum Certifications (eTOM, TAM, SID)
