Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes, tools, and methodologies, significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will work collaboratively with various teams to evolve predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive excellence in quality assurance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and recommend improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. - Ability to design and implement test strategies that align with project goals. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
