Test Architect

As a Test Architect, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the testing strategy, framework, and tooling across various teams and platforms to ensure software quality, scalability, and speed of delivery aligned with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing an enterprise-wide test architecture encompassing tools, frameworks, and best practices for both functional and non-functional testing. You will lead the test strategy for web, mobile, API, and backend platforms, defining automation scope, strategy, and governance throughout CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with product, development, DevOps, and QA teams is essential to ensure testability and coverage while promoting the adoption of shift-left testing and in-sprint automation. Your role will also involve evaluating and recommending tools for test automation, performance testing, security testing, and service virtualization. As a mentor to QA engineers, you will provide technical guidance on automation design patterns, performance engineering, and test data management. Establishing quality metrics and dashboards to enhance visibility into product readiness will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to and review test plans, scripts, and scenarios for critical features or complex integrations, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.,
