Job Description

As a Test Architect at Ericsson, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and testing end-to-end solutions with direct commercial applications. Your responsibilities will include supporting Consultants in their technical pursuits, aiding in test planning and design strategy, and guiding the testing team towards successful delivery of solutions meeting customer specifications. Your leadership will be instrumental in defining scope, reviewing plans, and mitigating risks. Your influence will extend to sales and service delivery, working closely with Core 3 to create innovative solutions at the nexus of technology and commerce. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze, plan, and scope end-to-end test solutions based on customer needs and requirements. - Design and implement comprehensive testing procedures, engaging in solution review and sign-off activities. - Triage and troubleshoot issues arising from end-to-end testing. - Drive automation and non-functional requirements (NFR) in the testing solution. - Promote innovative testing approaches and support new business ventures. - Encourage efficiency through reuse practices and champion knowledge sharing across the team.
