Territory Sales Officer (TSO)

As a Sales Officer in the FMCG sector, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring product distribution in the assigned region. Your primary responsibility will be achieving sales targets by effectively promoting products to retailers, wholesalers, and customers. Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and distributors will be essential to ensure high customer satisfaction. Monitoring stock levels and coordinating product distribution to ensure timely availability will be a key part of your role. Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and customer needs will also be crucial. You will be expected to track sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team. Additionally, participating in promotional activities to enhance product visibility and boost sales will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be beneficial in building and maintaining relationships with clients. Your ability to work independently and meet sales targets will be important. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory is expected. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including commuter assistance, health insurance, and a Provident Fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, with an expected start date of 25/03/2025. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and must possess a valid Driving Licence.
