Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead our sales operations in the TamilNadu region. The TSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing Territory Sales Executives (TSEs), and driving market expansion and distributor growth in the FMCG segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and guide Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Drive primary, secondary, and tertiary sales performance.
  • Develop distributor and retailer networks to improve market reach.
  • Implement trade promotions and visibility activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market insights.
  • Ensure timely reporting and accurate sales data management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of FMCG sales experience (minimum 2 years in a team-lead role).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Sales MIS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
