Job Description: You will be joining our team as a Territory Sales Manager - Poultry in Raipur, responsible for driving sales growth in the Chhattisgarh region. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, conducting product presentations and negotiations, and improving brand awareness to increase sales. You will also be responsible for identifying business opportunities, analyzing market trends and competitor data, ensuring timely order fulfillment, monitoring sales performance, and participating in industry events and trade shows. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. - Conduct product presentations and negotiations. - Improve brand awareness in the territory. - Design innovative tactics to meet or surpass sales targets. - Analyze market trends, customer information, and competitor data. - Cultivate positive connections with clients. - Gather market intelligence and identify new opportunities. - Ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze sales performance. - Participate in industry events and trade shows. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in the Poultry industry. - Reporting to Zonal Manager-Sales.
