Your Roles & Responsibilities: Execute Dealer wise, product wise, month wise sales plans Ensure that issues raised by the dealers are addressed in a timely manner Monitor & manage overdues Actively manage relationships with Distributors and Retailers Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, liquidation, and collections Drive demand generation with a focus on liquidation in the assigned area Achieve sales revenue targets Undertake the required channel management to ensure availability of company stocks, enable prompt and efficient liquidation in line with demand and minimise saleable returns Accountable for collections from all customers in the sales region, ensure they are in line with policies and taking required action steps with errant customers Carry out field visits, i.e. visiting dealers, distributors, farmers, etc. in one’s own territory for product penetration. Expand new markets by appointing new distributors. Division : Crop Protection Business Qualification : B.Sc (Agri) / M.Sc (Agri) / MABM Experience : 5 to 7 years Location : Niphad, Maharashtra
