Key responsibilities

  • Sales strategy and execution:

    Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business loan targets, focusing on both direct sourcing and managing channels like Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Team leadership:

    Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Client and relationship management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, business partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and drive repeat business.
  • Sales performance analysis:

    Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
  • Operational oversight:

    Ensure the sales process runs smoothly, working with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely processing, compliance with credit policies, and resolution of post-disbursement issues.
