Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network.
  • Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and in-store visibility.
  • Execute brand promotions and trade marketing activities.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and analyze market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years FMCG sales/territory management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within territory.
