Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge, located in Anekal. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regularly visiting dealers, providing product training and demonstrations, understanding dealer needs, addressing their concerns, and identifying solutions. Additionally, the individual will analyze market trends and competitor activities to devise and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Experience in Training and ensuring customer teams are well-informed about product features and usage.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement sales strategies to remain competitive and expand market share.
  • An educational background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in FMCG or construction-related industries, is an advantage.
