1. Achieve the desired sales objective through channel management and projects.
2. Monitoring order booking of channel partners and reviewing pending orders
3. Generation of leads and tracking closure for all stores
4. Direct interaction with the end customers to close orders.
1. Potential mapping of the territory and identifying the gaps.
2. Cold calling to prospects and approaching prospects through referrals.
3. Preparing an ROI(Return on Investment) for potential partners and discussing profitability.
4. Planning display in new store and handholding of new dealer.
5. Rationalizations of existing channel partners.
1. To constantly train the dealers sales team on product and software.
2. Checking of software updates before sharing with the dealers.
3. Train the dealer on SFDC (Sales Dorce) and ensure end-to-end compliance.
1. Competition visit and tracking competition activities in the market
2. preparing Joint-store-promotional-plan for the channel partners.
1. Execution of BTL activities and tracking enquiries.
2. Managing the budget ensuring utilization of budgets following all compliances.
1. Generation of business through builders and architects.
2. Planning sample flat and mock-ups in potential projects.
3. Planning exclusive offers for clients in consultation with HO.
4. Meeting architects and Interior Designers along with channel partners and create proposals based on available guidelines.
1. Checking of drawings and BOQs (Bill of quantities) before order booking
2. Tracking of pending order with OEC
3. Liaison with the service team for booking spares and parts
4. collection of payments and closure of outstandings within stipulated time.
Essential: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline with Post Graduate Qualification in Management (Sales/ Marketing) (Previous experience in managing kitchen)
