Territory Sales Executive

The main purpose of this role is to generate revenue through new client acquisition and achieve the revenue target. As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in your assigned territory. This will involve monitoring SCF (Sales Correction Form) and meeting with doctors to generate prescriptions. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients and doctors, as well as providing them with information about our unique selling points to generate sales and new leads. You will also be tasked with developing new collection centres, managing existing ones, and ensuring the standardization of the franchisee model. This includes overseeing the layout of infrastructure, services, branding, marketing materials, and launch methods. Furthermore, you will need to provide support to existing branches through marketing initiatives and brand building activities, and engage franchisee partners to help them meet their targets. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Diagnostic/Pharma/wellness sales, be below 30 years of age, and hold a graduate degree (preferably in B.Sc/B.Tech/B.Pharma). It is also essential that you have a two-wheeler for transportation. In addition to your sales responsibilities, you will need to stay informed about market trends and provide suggestions for service improvements to your superiors. Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of your territory.
