Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, pitch, and close new SME business accounts.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships independently.
  • Conduct client meetings and present tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Generate leads via prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep CRM systems updated with accurate pipeline and performance data.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate who is comfortable travelling in Gurgaon location for field meetings
    • 13 years of proven B2B sales experience.
    • Prior experience selling classified listings, recruitment portal or similar services.
    • Strong understanding of the 

      SME customer base

       and decision-making cycles.
    • Track record of consistently exceeding targets in an 

      independent sales role

      .
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
