The company has established itself as a trusted name in the industry, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager (Sales Officer / Sales Executive) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers, and promoting our range of agrochemical products. This role requires a deep understanding of pesticides, agrochemicals, and crop protection solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and farmers to enhance product sales. Conduct field visits and provide product demonstrations to farmers and stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and expand the market reach. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to suggest improvements. Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and dealers. Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and activities. Provide training and technical support to stakeholders regarding product usage and benefits. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. An MBA in Agribusiness or Sales & Marketing will be a plus. Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience in sales within the agro-pesticide or agrochemical industry. Knowledge: Strong understanding of pesticides, crop protection, and agronomic practices. Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage sales targets efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic market environment. Proficiency in MS Office Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
