Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Marketing Lead (Zonal Marketing Manager) to lead brand development, demand generation, and new product launches in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue generation, team management, and strategic marketing with a proven track record in sales leadership and channel management. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Field Marketing: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and product reach within the assigned zone. Brand Development: Drive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the assigned zones. Community Outreach: Lead community engagement programs to strengthen relationships with farmers, distributors, and local stakeholders. Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Plan and implement targeted events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Product Launches & Promotions: Coordinate cross-functional teams for successful product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Budgeting & Planning: Allocate budgets efficiently for marketing initiatives and monitor expenses. Pricing Discipline: Implement competitive pricing strategies to maintain market share. Scheme Customization: Develop promotional schemes tailored to different market segments. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills. Expertise in budgeting, planning, and cost control. Strategic thinking with a results-driven approach. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: B.Sc. Ag and MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field. Hands-on experience in Agro-chemicals or related industries.
