Job Description

As the Territory Sales Manager at Hero Motocorp, you will be an integral part of the Sales - India BU team and will directly report to the Area Sales Manager. Your primary objective will be to effectively achieve the Annual Business Plan (ABP) targets including despatch, retail, and Market Share by managing leads, utilizing sales enablers, ensuring proper implementation of the dealer sales process, reviewing and collecting funds in a timely manner, and ensuring availability of trained manpower. Your key responsibilities will revolve around achieving ABP despatch, retail, and Market Share for the assigned territory, enhancing prospect management at the channel, utilizing sales enablers effectively, improving customer experience, and driving growth in Hero Genuine Accessories Sale. In your role as TM- Sales, you will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to achieve ABP targets (Despatch & Retail) and focusing on increasing market share by leveraging sales enablers. You will have the opportunity to explore innovative ways to strengthen prospect management at the channel to drive sales of new vehicles. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA degree, possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate knowledge in Product & Variants, Sales Planning and Execution, Channel Management, Financial Management, as well as technical and commercial skills in DMS & SAP. Furthermore, essential behavioral skills for this role include the ability to build strong relationships, drive for results, effective time management, business communication, and sound decision-making capabilities.
