Territory Manager, Pharma

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager (TM) to lead our pharmaceutical sales across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, J&K).

Role: Manage a specific territory, achieve sales targets, support ABMs, and supervise MRs if assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote products and generate prescriptions in the territory.
• Ensure product availability at chemists and hospitals.
• Support ABMs in implementing sales strategies.
• Track competitor activity and report insights.
• Mentor MRs to improve their performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy/Commerce.
• 2–5 years pharma sales experience.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented and ready to travel.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowances

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
