Territory Manager-MDF Division

Role Overview: As a Territory Manager in the MDF Division at the Sales Department in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening dealer/distributor relationships within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and ensure superior customer satisfaction while upholding Centuryplys brand standards. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for MDF products in the assigned territory. - Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients. - Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into sales. - Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities and track competitor activities. - Monitor stock levels, order flow, and sales performance of each dealer. - Ensure proper display, branding, and product visibility at dealer points. - Gather and share timely market feedback on pricing, schemes, and competitor strategies. - Ensure high-quality customer service and timely resolution of queries. - Engage with architects, contractors, carpenters, and interior designers to promote MDF products. - Conduct product demos and awareness programs for influencers.
