Territory Manager

Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth and market share within your territory while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

1. Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned territory.

2. Identifying and prospecting new customers and opportunities within the agricultural industry, including farms, cooperatives, and other relevant businesses.

3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and distributors, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.

4. Collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to bring new products to the market and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.

5. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to consistently position IPL Biologicals as the leading choice in the market.

In order to succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the agricultural or biotechnology industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
