Territory Manager EDS

You will be responsible for the following key activities in this role: - Contact new and existing dentists to discuss their needs, and explain how our products and services can meet those needs. - Answer customers" inquiries about products, prices, availability, and special offers. - Report Hit Rate Coverage as per the team's target. - Ensure adequate customer conversion and Customer Engagement (CE). - Maintain performance of the region in line with both individual and team targets. - Highlight product features based on customer needs analysis and technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. - Organize product demonstrations, hands-on sessions, and coordinate Continuing Dental Education (CDE) programs in your area. - Identify potential customers through business directories, leads from existing clients, trade shows, and conferences. - Manage Purchase Order Book (POB) and other sales data. - Coordinate and address product-related complaints. - Ensure smooth operation and service coordination between labs, business partners, and clients. - Maintain customer records for dentists and analyze trend lines. - Document and coordinate CDE programs in the territory. - Ensure timely collection of receivables. - Manage collection of Instruments for direct sales and address Bad Debts collection.
