As a Territory Manager- Consumer Durable Loan at IDFC First, your role involves scaling up the business for Consumer Durable Loan lending in a designated area. You will deliver banking solutions to customers in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. Collaboration with the Retail team is essential, including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU, to provide a seamless customer experience and establish IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire Consumer Durable Loan customers in the identified segment and generate references from the specified catchment area. - Grow the AUM base for Consumer Durable Loan lending solutions, meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets. - Collaborate with the Product Head Consumer Durable Loan to offer customers best-in-class funding solutions and ensure appropriate incentivization of key DSTs. - Maintain a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquency and rejection rates. - Stay updated on retail assets, products, and operations. - Identify market trends, develop channels for business acquisition, and deliver high-quality customer service. - Design a customer journey that leads to customer delight and establishes IDFC First as their preferred banking partner. - Ensure successful adoption of internal compliances and regulatory frameworks. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
