Territory Business Manager – Mysuru (Seeds)

Sales Planning:

• Formulate the annual sales plan aligned with AOPB objectives.

• Develop distributor-wise monthly sales plans and ensure achievement of sales targets as per AOPB.

Collections:

• Drive and monitor achievement of collection targets in line with AOPB.

Extension Planning:

• Prepare and execute TA (Territory Assistant) deployment and standard activity plans.

• Define and monitor performance targets for TA teams.

Liquidation Reporting:

• Prepare and review monthly liquidation progress reports to track product development and sales performance.

Forecasting:

• Lead demand planning and forecasting to ensure product availability and optimized inventory management.

Distributor Management:

• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors to strengthen market reach and improve business performance.

• Monitor distributor performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
