Territory Business Manager - Agra - General Medicine

Role Overview: As a Sales Representative, your primary role is to achieve the assigned sales targets within your designated territory/geography. You will be responsible for conducting effective field work independently and reporting your activities on a daily basis through the online system provided. It is essential to meet the Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. Your core responsibilities include generating maximum prescriptions to increase market share, promoting the Division's products according to the prescribed strategy, and building strong relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, and Stockiest. You will play a crucial role in facilitating strategy building and acting as a good brand ambassador for the company. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory/geography. - Conduct effective field work independently and report activities daily through the online system. - Meet Call Average, Coverage, and Frequency coverage norms of the assigned division. - Generate maximum prescriptions to increase market share. - Promote Division's products according to prescribed strategy. - Build strong relationships with Doctors, Chemists, and Stockiest. - Facilitate strategy building and act as a brand ambassador for the company. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Science (BSc) or Pharmacy (B. Pharma) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Prior experience in the same therapy area is preferred. - Candidates with experience in MNCs or top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. - Strong communication skills and confidence are essential for this role.
