Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Novartis, you will be a key driver of customer interactions and sales performance. Your role involves building deep relationships to deliver value for customers and patients, ultimately contributing to sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business plans and conduct activities like customer events, sales & marketing campaigns, and sales presentations to achieve objectives. - Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within budgets and timescales, providing support to key accounts/hospital networks and market access. - Maintain a deep understanding of specialist areas, priority products, product strategies, and key messages. - Ensure customer satisfaction, accurate report completion, and timely handling of enquiries and complaints. - Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve objectives and provide input on promotional funds and sales forecasting. - Follow adverse events and Code of Conduct Guidelines as per Novartis standards. Role Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Healthcare/Pharma, with an established network. - Territory knowledge is essential. - Science educational background, preferably B.Sc or B.Pharma. - Good communication skills.
