Job Description

As a Territory Account Executive(Sales Specialist) in the Food Division at our company, your role will involve generating sales and developing a sales pipeline within the APAC region for the Supply Chain Food Safety and Agricultural business units. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and grow customers to key account level - Maintain a balance of 50% Face to Face interactions and 50% Transactional activities - Collaborate with business units to deliver strategic projects - Create sales plans and forecasts for the Territory/Program by analyzing local market needs and expectations - Build and execute a strategy in partnership with marketing tailored for the Territory/Program - Establish and nurture strong customer relationships within the Territory/Program to expand business offerings - Utilize deep knowledge and experience in the targeted territory/program for effective account planning and territory management - Manage and maintain a sales pipeline while ensuring all sales administration is up to date using Sales Force CRM software **Qualifications and Experience Required:** - Bachelor's degree is required - 3-5 years of sales experience in Food/TIC industry is required - Deep knowledge and experience in the targeted territory/program - Proficiency in account planning and territory management - Experience in effectively selling a product portfolio - Proficient in CRM tools and systems, particularly Salesforce - Direct selling experience with quota responsibility - Ability to manage forecast accuracy regularly - Strong negotiation and presentation skills - Preferable to have TIC industry knowledge/experience - Willingness and ability to travel **About the Company:** With a legacy of over 80 years, our company, NSF, focuses on leveraging science and innovation to enhance human and planet health.
