Our Client:

Job Title: Term Insurance Sales specialist

Experience: 0-3 Years into insurance sales

Education: Any Graduate

Locations: Gurgaon

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales of term insurance products, ensuring strong conversions and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs, explain product features, and guide them through the decision-making process.
Handle initial customer interactions, build trust, and address objections or concerns effectively.
Ensure seamless handover of closed cases to the operations team for further processing.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

Strong communication and persuasion skills (both verbal & written).
Ability to explain financial/insurance products clearly and convincingly.
Customer-centric mindset with a flair for relationship building.
Minimum 0-3 years of experience in Term Insurance sales.
Basic computer and Excel skills.
