Our academy operates across multiple locations in Delhi, including Sainik Farms, Jor Bagh and Saket, with structured programs designed for children aged 6 to 14. We’re looking to hire a Tennis Coach (with knowledge of Pickleball) who loves working with kids aged 7–10 years.

The ideal coach should:

* Be great at engaging kids and creating a fun learning environment

* Be fluent in English and confident in communication

* Be enthusiastic, patient and able to maintain high energy on court

Location: South Delhi

Compensation: As per industry standards

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tennis/Pickleball Coach based in South Delhi. The coach will be responsible for conducting structured training sessions, skill development exercises, and game strategy instruction for athletes. Additional responsibilities include assessing player performance, promoting sportsmanship and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. The role also involves interacting with players' families and fostering strong communication to provide updates on player progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tennis Instruction and Tennis skills.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with players and their families.
• Training expertise in conducting skill-building sessions and improving athletic performance.
• Passion for sports, particularly tennis and/or pickleball, with a strong sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
• Prior experience as a sports coach or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is a plus.
