Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Maintain enquiry list after receipt of enquiry.

2. Read the technical specification/BOQ of the respective enquiry.

3. Prepare technical datasheet suitable to customer specification/requirement.

4. Prepare Charger Sizing as per the Duty Cycle received from customer end.

5. Collect Battery Sizing from the manufacturer as per the Duty Cycle received from customer end.

6. Technical Clarification submission to customer as per requirement.

7. Arrange Tentative SLD and GA Drawing as per the project requirement.

8. Prepare tentative BOM of all the products as per customer requirement.

9. Product costing as per the BOM , Technical Specification and customers confirmation.

10. Prepare summarised cost calculation sheet for all the products of a single project.

11. Discuss with seniors and regional person on proposed price to customer.

12. Prepare our Formal Techno-Commercial Offer for further submission to customer.

13. Maintain the Offer Submission list on line item basis along with the Project Details and Offer No. after submission of Formal Techno-Commercial Offer to customer.

14. Involve in Technical closure before final price submission.

15. Involve in Commercial closure before final price submission.

16. This process is continue for 3-4 times for Final TQ & CQ Closure.

17. Prepare Final Costing during negotiation for customer by coordinating with Battery Manufacturer, Transformer, Design, Purchase, Production & Logistic Department.

18. For Online Tenders also used to follow the above process as per requirement.

19. After receipt of order, sent the drawing requisition to design department along with Technical Checklist, Specification, Cost Sheet, TQ Closure and Unit Cost & Sell Price of each items.

20. After receipt of Commented Drawing from customer end need to discuss with customer & Design department to keep the product cost within our estimation. This process is continue for 3-4 times.

21. After receipt of the spare requirement for our installed product at customer place, arrange old files, As-built drawings & documents and offer the spare price to customer.

22. Prepare Techno-Commercial Offer for the required spare items and send it to the customer.

23. Negotiate with customer for spare price & other terms & conditions to get the spare order.

24. Participate in online AMC tender to get AMC order.

25. Maintain spare offers & Tender for quoted enquiry.
