Tender Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tender Spport Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with the tendering process, deadlines and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with tender specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for tender preparation.
• Review tender requirements and prepare clarifications or questions when necessary.
• Coordinate the tender submission process, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain an organized database of tender documents and related correspondence.
• Assist in the preparation of pricing documents and quotations.
• Monitor the progress of submitted tenders and keep track of feedback and results.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors and clients during the tender process.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing competitors' bids to improve the company's tender strategy.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree any field.
• Minimum 6 months experience working in Tender related activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email & other tender related software.
• Basic understanding of tendering processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
