Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Manager located in South Delhi. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, including the preparation of tender documents, procurement coordination, and project management. Additionally, the Tender Manager will be involved in sales activities related to tender projects and will need to ensure submission deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Tender Management and Tender Preparation
• Procurement and Project Management skills
• Sales experience including the ability to engage and manage client relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the media and communications industry is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems
