Tender Executive/ Tender Coordinator

We are looking for a candidate who can look after the Tendering work, and quotations, and help to file tenders on various Govt. Portals/GEM as we are into RFID/IT/IOT-based company.   Roles and Responsibilities ·        Assist in searching and identifying tender float & update tender databases in the Company's software. ·        Approach Various organizations through presenting Business proposals. ·        Assist in maintaining relationships with key clients involved in the tender process through calls & Meetings. ·        Should have Knowledge of the GEM portal. ·        Have to do registration on different Government and Private tender sites. ·        Be cognizant of every marketing initiative and use them to effectively increase pipe and revenue and ·        Work toward corporate objectives. ·        Work strategically with the management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions. ·        Discuss with the management team to decide upon the opportunities. ·        Have to go to attend the meeting with Govt. clients and visit the site/office to understand better their business offerings. ·        Work with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that arise.   Qualifications: - MBA/B.Tech/B.com/graduation Strong communication and presentation skills. Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour. Able to professionally and confidently communicate with clients. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and Internet knowledge. Knowledge of GEM/Portal Tender preferred. Required Experience: 6 Months to 1 year
