Job Description

Candidate should be willing to work in the field, should have knowledge of Database. Field Application Engineer for RFID System, Responsible to run RFID System in filled based on training provided, Responsible for handling equipment & delivering result.   Number of Positions- 1 1. Deployment of software/hardware systems, preferably with RFID, barcode or smartcard components, and Biometric. 2. Knowledge of computer/networking, RFID, smartcard and/or other software/hardware devices. 3. Solid hands-on experience with software/hardware systems, ranging from integration, installation to support. 4. Strong software/hardware troubleshooting and analytical skills. 5. Networking experience in a corporate environment (Understanding TCP/IP stack and network devices). 6. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. 7. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration. 8. Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers). Ensure all issues are properly logged. Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time. 9. Customer focused and able to interact with customers at all levels. Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue. Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting. 10. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
