Job Summary

We are looking for a Tender & Bid Management Executive to manage government tender opportunities on GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms. The role involves sourcing tenders, assessing feasibility, preparing bid documents, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely submission and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and analyze business opportunities on GeM portal and other government tender platforms
• Review RFPs, RFQs, PQCs to assess feasibility and bid potential
• Prepare, compile, and submit accurate bid documents in line with client and government requirements
• Manage the end-to-end bidding process – documentation, approvals, pricing, and submission
• Participate in reverse auctions and negotiations to secure competitive pricing
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for technical and commercial inputs
• Maintain a database of bids submitted, outcomes, and follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, statutory norms, and timelines
• Track updates or modifications in ongoing tenders

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com (mandatory)
• Experience: 3–5 years preferred; freshers with GeM portal knowledge may apply
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal and government procurement processes
• Skills in bid & proposal management, documentation, vendor coordination, and negotiation
