Tender executive-real estate

Job Summary

The Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, finding suitable project plots, coordinating with internal teams, brokers and architect, and ensuring timely submission of tenders for real estate and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and monitor tender portals for new opportunities.
• Review tender documents and requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams for inputs.
• Coordinate with Brokers for plot details
• Coordinate with architect for feasibility report
• Seach PMC’s
• Manage e-tendering portals and ensure timely online/offline submissions.
• Maintain tender records, documents, and status trackers.
• Follow up with clients on tender results and clarifications

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
• 1–5 years’ experience in tendering (real estate/construction preferred).
• Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and online tender platforms.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under deadlines.
• Analytical/Quantitative ability
• Team Person
• Basic Financial Understanding (Compulsory)
• Prior experience of handling construction/Real estate projects
• Proficiency in Excel & PPT
• Exposure to Project Management Tools such as MS Project, Prima Vera would be a plus
• PMP certified will be a Plus
