Job Summary :
We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team and coordinate our documentation,

proposal writing and communication with stakeholders.

You should be able to use your effective solutions to full-fill the requirement of tender and

generate reports. You will be responsible for documentation and coordination with the

team for complete the tender process. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong

organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the cyber security industry.

Job Description (Tasks to be performed during job role)

 Tender Management: Identify, evaluate, and respond to tender opportunities in the cyber

security sector.

 Documentation: Prepare and compile all necessary documents required for tenders, ensuring

compliance with company policies and client specifications.

 Coordination: Work closely with the sales, technical teams to gather relevant

information and ensure timely submission of tenders.

 Follow-Up: Monitor the status of submitted tenders and follow up with clients as

needed to address any queries or additional requirements.

 Database Management: Maintain a database of tender opportunities, submissions, and outcomes for

future reference and analysis.

 Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor

activities.

 Compliance: Ensure all tender submissions comply with regulatory and company

standards.

 Communication: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and negotiate

terms where necessary.

 Reporting: Provide regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and areas for

improvement to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills required:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BA, IT or a related field.

 1-2 years of experience in tender management, preferably in the cyber

security or IT industry.

 Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

 Understanding of cyber security products and services is an advantage.

 Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult

decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
