Full Time
1) Sorting of Tenders / GEM Enquires and sharing to concerned departments/personnel.
2) Actively participate in tender and reverse auction processes, identifying and sharing relevant GEM (Government e-Marketplace) filters to optimize search and participation.
3) Process accepted orders efficiently and accurately, performing detailed price calculations and workouts to ensure profitability and compliance.
4) Manage the entire bidding process, including participation in reverse auctions (RA) and ensuring all seller information and updates are current and accurate.
5) Conduct thorough analysis and review of comparison data to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement in future bids.
6) Maintain and update product catalogues, identifying and applying appropriate filters to facilitate Level 1 (L1) comparisons and strategic bidding.
7) Ensure real-time and accurate updates of stock availability and pricing on the GEM Portal.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
