We are looking Tender Executive - Gem Portal - LED TV for Vikaspuri location for Led Supplier company. Position - Tender Executive- GEM Portal - LED TV Experience - 3 to 5 Salary - 25k to 30k Location - Vikaspuri (Near By Janakpuri) Job Description: Manage end-to-end operations on the GeM portal , including registration, product/service listing, bidding, order management, and documentation. Handle RFQs, bid submissions, reverse auctions , and follow-ups with relevant government departments. Ensure compliance with GFR rules , procurement policies, and legal documentation requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government officials to facilitate seamless operations. Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed MIS reports and procurement summaries . Support administrative activities and maintain strong documentation standards. Use MS Office tools, emails, and digital platforms for daily communication and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in handling GeM Portal operations is essential. Proficiency in MS Office , digital documentation, and email communication. Strong knowledge of procurement processes , vendor management, and government dealings. Familiarity with compliance frameworks , especially GFR and related procurement norms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. Meticulous with record-keeping, time management , and follow-ups.
