Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Analysis:Monitor and research potential tender opportunities on online portals and other sources, then analyze tender documents (RFPs, RFQs) to ensure business alignment.
Bid Preparation & Submission:Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance, sales, etc.) to gather inputs, prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, and ensure timely, compliant submission.
Documentation & Compliance:Maintain comprehensive records of all tender activities, ensure pre-qualification criteria and necessary certifications are up-to-date, and manage post-submission documentation, including clarifications and addendums.
Stakeholder Coordination:Liaise with internal teams to harness their efforts for bid development, and communicate with clients, potential associates, and suppliers to gather information and negotiate terms.
Post-Submission Follow-Up:Track the status of submitted tenders, respond to queries from clients or buyers, and assist with contract signing processes.
Vendor Registration & Relationship Management:Handle vendor registration processes on government portals and maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients and associates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Management, or a related field is often required.
Experience:Proven experience in a tendering, procurement, or proposal management role is essential.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in using online tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP, E-tender portals), vendor management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
