Internal Coordination: Collaborating with different departments (sales, technical, legal, etc.) to gather information, clarify requirements, and ensure a cohesive bid. Compliance and Submission: Ensuring that all tender submissions adhere to the specified requirements, deadlines, and procedures. Record Keeping: Maintaining organized records of all tender-related documents, submissions, and communication. Follow-up and Reporting: Tracking the progress of submitted bids, following up with clients, and providing regular updates to management. Skills and Qualifications: Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication is crucial for interacting with various stakeholders and presenting information clearly. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tender documentation. Technical Knowledge: Depending on the industry, a basic understanding of technical aspects related to the company's products or services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Essential for document preparation and management. Experience in Tendering/Bidding: Prior experience in a similar role is often preferred. Knowledge of e-Tendering Platforms: Experience with online tendering portals like GeM (Government e-Marketplace), CPPP, etc. can be an advantage.
