Experience: 3 + years in tendering, bidding, or contract management Industry: Solid Waste Management Qualification: Graduate (in any stream) are preferred. Key Responsibilities Should have knowledge of Online E- procurement and offline tender filing Tender filing and keeping tracks of tender activities Tender Work Searching & filing State/Central tenders, filling Domestic and global tenders. Responsible for drafting and sending out representation letters for queries and clarification to the procuring/Govt entity. Support tender negotiations and contract finalization Responsible for end-to-end documentation related to pre and post TENDER requirements. Job Responsibilities: Handling E-procurement and GeM portal Bids/Tender Searching and application on Various State/Central Govt. Portals. Can handle GEM Portal. Uploading the bid documents (Technical and financial) at Online E-procurement Portals and GEM Portal. Tender Search, Notification, Bid preparation and tender/Bid Submission through Manual/E-Tendering/GeM. Preparing tenders related queries and documents (from private govt. departments). Managing the entire bidding cycle till the submission of bid. To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with Client/Customer’s tender requirements. REQUIRED SKILLS: Tools Basic computer skills, Proficiency in MS Office, e-mail communication and document management tools Experience of E-Tendering/GEM portal with bidding. Soft Skills Strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and time management Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Should Speak and write Hindi and English.
