Tender Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering and bidding processes for government and private sector projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tenders, preparing bids, and ensuring timely and compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track tenders from GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, and private platforms.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical/commercial requirements.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids, BOQs, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documents, and approvals.
• Ensure timely online/offline submission of tenders as per guidelines.
• Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, and related documentation.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage tender clarifications.
• Maintain records of submitted, awarded, and rejected tenders.
• Track tender status and follow up for LOA / Work Orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred).
• 4-6 years of experience in tendering & bidding (Govt./PSU/Private).
• Hands-on experience with GeM and e-tendering portals.
• Good knowledge of tender documentation, BOQs, and contracts.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Strong coordination, time management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with high accuracy.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Environmental / Electrical / Mechanical projects.
• Knowledge of basic commercial and contract terms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
