Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage and support the preparation and submission of government tenders, especially in the defense equipment boxes sector. The role involves monitoring tender portals, coordinating bid documentation, and ensuring timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and track tenders from portals like GeM, CPPP, and state e-procurement sites.
• Prepare and submit bids in coordination with the Tender Manager.
• Maintain organized records of all submitted tenders and monitor their status.
• Ensure all tender documentation (technical & financial) complies with requirements.
• Assist in compiling reports on submitted tenders and upcoming opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field (preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in tendering, back-office coordination, or related roles.
• Familiarity with GeM and e-procurement portals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
