Tender Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Tender Executive with expertise in navigating government tender portals. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire process of tender submissions through various government portals. Your primary goal will be to ensure accurate and timely submissions that comply with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate government tender opportunities that align with the company's business goals.
• Navigate and operate within various government tender portals effectively.
• Interpret tender documents, understand scope of work, and identify key requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents for tender submissions.
• Prepare, draft, and finalize tender proposals ensuring clarity, completeness, and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to clarify tender requirements and resolve queries.
• Manage tender submission deadlines and ensure all documents are submitted on time.
• Maintain comprehensive records of tender submissions, outcomes, and post-tender debriefings.
• Stay updated with changes in tender regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tender management with a focus on government tender portals.
• In-depth knowledge of various government tender portals and their operational processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with tender management software/tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
